The Start of Avante

Avante Accounting Solutions Inc. traces its roots back to a college dream that took shape while Juan and Alina were pursuing their Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting. As they embarked on this journey, Juan delved into executive roles within privately owned companies in the vibrant Tampa Bay Area, while Alina honed her skills in the realm of corporate accounting, navigating the complexities of multinational enterprises.


The turning point arrived in 2018 with the birth of their first son, Ethan, a momentous event that marked the genesis of AVANTE. During this time, Alina took on the challenge of working with our clients while nurturing Ethan at home.


Two years later, the Avante family welcomed a new addition, their second son, Noah. It was this significant life change that prompted Juan to make a pivotal decision, leaving his executive position to commit his talents to AVANTE on a full-time basis. In this transition, they discovered the elusive work-life balance they had longed for, turning their original dream into a reality. Today, their dedication to accounting excellence and unwavering family values continues to guide the path of AVANTE Accounting Solutions Inc. towards greater success and fulfillment.
